Make Your Own Bowl

My new favorite healthy vegan option near the abillion office in Singapore 🇸🇬🌞 I’ve been getting more and more into tempeh lately and the tempeh here was delicious, not too dry, not too dense, but airy and crispy and tender and oh so good. The #carboholic in me was saying get the sushi rice but I went with spinach for the base. I #byo for this place as they use disposable bowls! I got their make your own dish got their tempeh, sushi rice, green mango, wakame, cucumber, peanuts. They understood what #vegan meant and were very kind to give suggestions! Overall it was filling but I got the large, the small did not look like enough. Quite expensive but thats on par with the standard in the area.

The buckwheat tempeh was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Went quite well with the tangy sauce and kimchi, but I wish the portion was a little larger.
