Mad Breakfast

This glorious smattering of breakfast fare put the spring back in my step and the flame in my eyes. House-made tofu rashers and uniquely flavorful sausage really brought this dish home. Nutritious, energizing, and filling - in a lovely and spacious atmosphere - it would be mad not to try it!
