Macaroni and Cheese

I have to say that this is one of the best mac & cheese I’ve ever had! The pasta is cooked perfectly (not mushy like a lot of mac & cheese is), is a huge portion, and has a very yummy cheese sauce that isn’t crazy saturated with nutritional yeast. It comes with a side of bread and mushrooms which is a bit weird (carbs + carbs!) — they’re tasty but a side of greens would be healthier and more appealing.
