Mac and cheese with cauli wings

My boyfriend couldn’t stop praising this dish, describing it as so aromatic. I had to remind him that all this goodness was vegan!

I judged people for taking takeaways at Kaylee’s but I get it now - actual decent portion sizes! I loved the sauce but the smoky bacon was a bit overwhelming for me and cauli wings didn’t have enough BBQ flavour. Still REALLY tasty! #veganisnotscary
