Ma La Xiang Guo

I really love all the ingredients inside this bowl of goodness! Ordered mushrooms and corn and lotus root and some veggies and spinach noodles too and asked for medium level of spice! Superbly delicious! 😋

Mala xiang guo is everywhere but this is one I make the trek to Kovan for (!!!). I just find the spices more fragrant and balanced than a lot of others. Pick and choose your ingredients with lots of veggie options so as vegan as you make it (alth they do fry it in the same wok as those with meat, so you might get some meat flavour to your veggies :/)
