Lychee Cocktail

Bonsai Plant Kitchen is a gorgeously atmospheric, cozy little place. Great ambiance, even better food, and fully #vegan. This #cocktail was delicious, and (like everything else on the menu) super pretty. 😍 It's one of the pricier vegan places in #Brighton, but well worth a visit.
