Definitely an original dish as it is served on raw bread and is raw itself. Didn't like the raw bread though but the topping is extremely well done. That Moksa chef is just a majestro.

Tomato, avocado and corn salsa, set on living crackers topped with herbed cashew cheese. It looked and tasted amazing!! The cashew cheese was really good and so were the living crackers which I guess is made of flaxseed or some kind of seeds but I'm not sure.
What a burst of life in your mouth! It’s a lovely corn, tomato and avocado salsa on a bed of cashew cheese, which in turn is on a living cracker. I’m not sure what that is, but it sure tastes good.
