A bit conflicted with this one. I guess I misunderstood and thought that it would

have a spinach feta filling, but instead it was the bread itself that had a spinach feta flavouring and the filling was grilled veg, tempeh and vegan cheese. Loooved the bread I thought they really authentically emulated the spinach feta flavour that i know and love from the Mediterranean food I grew up with. But the filling was meh - unseasoned tempeh, very few grilled veg and non-melty cheese which altogether just didn’t go with the bread. Thought a filling of something like hummus and sundried tomatoes or falafel would’ve been way better

A very unique sandwich and look at all that cheese! 👀 The spinach and feta

roll must be a first for Singapore, it has a great consistency and taste but did get a bit chewy in some parts perhaps from being grilled. The fillings were good with tempeh, zucchini, eggplant, onion and lots of vegan cheese. I love that they didn’t skimp on the cheese! A very protein packed sandwich with lots of nutrients from the veggies and spinach roll. For me it was quite big, perhaps could offer a half version which comes with a small side salad, this would also make it more visually appealing. Overall pretty delicious and very filling! 😋
