Lets Taco 'Bout It

Tacos with tofu, guacamole and a lot of rocket/arugula. Not fantastic, and very simple. Something I would throw together very quickly if I was hungry but didn't want anything fancy. Dubrovnik was a struggle for vegan food, so I was grateful for a more substantial meal, and this was one of the only restaurants in the Old Town that had clearly marked vegan options on their menu. #dubrovnik #croatia
