Leek Terraine

Excellent starter dish from ‘Glas’, a Michelin starred restaurant in Dublin. This was a leek & onion terrine, served with pickled fennel, pumpernickel biscuit and roast coffee mayo. The coffee mayo was an absolute delight! Such an innovate and thoughtful dish. The lunchtime 3 course meal is €33, which is very reasonably priced for what you get/the quality. #vegan #dublin #veganireland

The sauce is too sweet. The leek was bland, not seasoned.
