From the restaurant website- specialty roll: “Smoked beets, cashews, creamy tofu, asparagus, avocado, sweet mustard, orange zest” Yummy - I wanted a roll that wasn’t wrapped in seaweed so I chose this. The flavors blended well together and the cashews and creamy tofu were tasty. Good way to mask the beets! 😁 #vegansushi #tofu #beets
