Le Fermier

Whenever i’m in Paris, I have to visit one (or all) of the Land&Monkeys locations. The Sandwich Fermier (pictured on the right) is absolutely incredible—a French baguette sandwich with delicious seitan (i’m pretty sure it’s seitan), tomato, arugula, and a delightful mayo. If you’re looking for a French lunch, you have to give this a try!

Kind of bland and flavorless. The seitan looked good but didn’t have much flavor. The sandwich certainly needed some sort of sauce—at least mayo.
