Laksa Lion Mane Spaghetti

Ive got a few favourite dishes in ths Funan oitlet and this is one of it So so delicious You can really taste the #laksa taste, spicy creamy and whatever a laksa should be. Very generous with their portion of d #lionmane One of my go to dishes when im here

They actually listen to customer feedback 🙌 ..to my detriment however, because said feedback was customer “complaints” that their #veganlaksa was too #spicy 🥵 This was not 🥱 What it was though was ultra #creamy 🙌 Oddly though that didn’t translate to a very present #santan flavour. Given their other dishes & the presence of cashews here, it’s very possible that they used a #nutmilk instead 🔩💦 On the subject of inauthentic, I should point out that this was a #spaghetti anyways. Calling it a #laksa as is simply draws too much attention to the likes of reviewers like me to poke into 😝 On that note, I must say that the #noodles were a touch too soft anyways 🫢 What they did get right though was their choice of #tofupuff topping alongside their main of #lionsmanemushroom 🍄 The laksa overall was not bad, so the two sucked the juices of the dish right up 🔝 I won’t get it again, but I won’t judge anyone that goes for this 😇

Get ready for my Singapore food dump…this was an interesting dish, I really liked it, but wouldn’t have it all the time as it was super rich and spicy!!

Upon reaching the store, we saw this as one of the best seller. Tasted like a mixture of curry and laksa. I would say the combination was perfect as it was delicious. They do have baked option (vegan cheese) as well. Do remember to dropby if you are around the corner!! Burpple deals are also accepted over there (T&C applies). Whoooo.. haven’t had such yummy meal for a while now. Love the flavourful laksa.. the mushrooms except straw mushrooms. And even though the pasta is too soft for my liking. Everything else made up for that. Belly belly delicious. 😋
