Green gourmet has been creating 100% plant-based meals and banquets since 1998. We do not use meat or dairy products, nor do we use onion, garlic, chives or shallots in our cooking.
I got the more expensive ‘seafood’ Malaysian laksa, and it was heaven. It came out in a flash even though my friend and I rushed in literally 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. The portion was very generous, the noodles were copious and had just the right chewiness, and the broth was addictive and dreamy. I drained the lot. The ‘seafood’ was pieces of konjac ‘calamari’ and ‘prawns’ which had that classic squidginess and great sweet flavour. An awesome laksa that I regret wolfing down so quickly!
Vegan laksa, huge bowl, but actually not that much in it. No onion, garlic in this chinese vegetarian restaurant. I was full after this soup noodle.
