Korean Mixed Rice (Bibimbap) with Crumble Tofu & Tomato Soft Tofu Stew

It was fun to try a bibimbap that was a bit different from the traditional ones, and it was very delicious😋 although, I wish it came with a bit more soy sauce cause it didn't taste that much. The tomato soup on the other hand was so flavourful! It came with the bibimbap. It had a bunch of different veggies in it as well as soft tofu. It was so delicious😍 100% recommend! It makes me so happy to see a vegan restaurant at coex mall. So many different people were there. They also had some vegan messages which I really like!
