Korean fried cauliflower

Such a delicious meal at the beautiful little cottage that is Sepial’s Kitchen. Mung bean pancake (not pictured) and silken tofu to start. Korean fried cauliflower with pickles as main. Rice and spicy sauce on the side. All so tasty. Sepial makes the best kimchi in town, hands down!

This Korean fried cauliflower came served with rice and garlic, spicy soy sauce. The texture is crisp and light on the outside, right and creamy on the inside.
