Korean Cucumbers

@jonok and I have been having a lot of cucumber salads recently, but this one stands out! Its dressing is spicier — probably made with gochujang. The cucumbers and carrots are nice and fresh. The dressing is light, but it does have a kick. I was so full after my ramen and a few bits of this!
