Kong Pao Fish

One of the best dishes in Singapore! This is actually outside of their menu, but ask for “gong bao yu” and they know how to make it. Such a succulent sauce and the fish just melts in your mouth! Worth taking a taxi from the other side of town level of good. Pictured is the large portion.
