Went to the branch at Vivo, their mushroom kolo Mee and taukwa is nice! Stall owner is super friendly as well

This dish was coated with some seasoning that made the noodles really flavourful and not dry, which I enjoyed. They were also quite generous with the mushrooms.

Another hearty noodle dish - the flavours for this one are quite subtle. The springy kolomee remains the star. Goes well with a dollop of Thunder Tree's homemade chilli. Confession - we ate this with a side helping of saltier and more savoury vegetables from another hawker stall, and that worked fabulously well together. #veganuary
