King Oyster Mushroom

The flavor of this dish is unreal. I was not expecting such an incredible flavor out of something that looks so simple, but it is easily one of the best vegan meal I’ve had in Melbourne

King oyster mushrooms, confit garlic & pine nut purée, smoked shallot & porcini salt. I’ve had better king oyster shrooms actually. Nice dish, wishing it was a bigger portion.
