Khoreh-E-Ghureh-O Bademjan

This dish tastes absolutely incredible BUT it’s at quite a high price point. The stew is delicious but not that filling in itself as you only get mini brinjals that are slow cooked inside. The service at this restaurant is incredible though- we found a hair in this item 😾 and they gave us complimentary dessert and waived the cost of the dish. The vegan selection is still quite limited, although they’re trying.

The quantity of this dish was enough for two people (or more), the taste was decent but nothing special in my opinion
