Karaage (Lion's Mane Mushroom)

This was such a 10/10 dish and I would order this again next time! The mushroom bites were perfectly fried and the sauce and salad it came with were delicious as well. The mushroom was surprisingly chewy!! I'm not a huge mushroom eater myself but this was nice :))

This looked so delicious and beautiful and tempting, and I #couldntresist ☺️ And if I was out of focus, then so my camera would be 🤪 Some things are better in real life. This was gloriously crispy, the batter exalting the inherent texture of the #lionsmanemushroom and the spices/marinade doing its job 🙂 The #cabbage on the side was fresh and (does one say this about cabbage?) juicy, and the dip threatened to steal the show 😛 So glad to see another all-vegan #japanese place pop up in KL. That's one more on the map for you @abillion 😏
