Josephine's Signature Aubergine & ‘Burrata’ Baguette

Enjoyed every bite! Not a fan of pricey restaurants but it's a 5 star hotel, a fully plant based restaurant with elaborate ingredients. I never had vegan burrata before and was very satisfied with this one 🙂
