Love love love this spring roll with vegan ham, tofu, lettuce, jicama, carrot and basil served with a truly delicious peanut sauce!
Pretty good, there was wayyy too much jicama in it. I guess that’s why it’s called the jicama roll lol. If there was less it would have been a lot better
