Jerusalem Artichokes, Artichoke Hummus, Sage, Almonds

This was incredible never tried Jerusalem Artichokes before but they were great. The entire meal had a earthy feel and was great value for money. #huntsabs

A really nice, earthy flavour with a nice hummus and seasoning. This was the first of four courses of a wedding meal so was the perfect size #willows
