Japanese Udon tofu

Great Udon dish with a very great hoisin sauce. The tofu is fried crispy and still soft inside. Nice mix of veggies and topped with salad, peanuts, and roasted onions. I‘ve eaten this dish several times already and can definitely recommend it. #VeganJapaneseFood #Udon #Berlin
