Japanese Tendon Salad Rice

I really enjoy this dish because I like the mushroom tempura inside of it! It’s a really nice dish overall.

The mushroom tempura is crispy and tasty, and the teriyaki sauce complements the dish perfectly. The serving size was just enough with rice and I like that there are leafy greens to balance out the fried mushroom and veggies. They offer vegan and vegetarian options. I would highly recommend this dish.

Mixed vegetable 🥦 and Assorted mushrooms 🍄 covered with tempura batter and fried to a golden crisp atop Japanese rice 🍚 and showered with Teriyaka sauce 🍶. Served with salad 🥗. It was delicious and flavourful! #crf
