What a pleasant surprise! I usually am not a lamington person but this really took the cake (lamington?)! So MOIST and the hidden jam inside leaves your mouth watering for more. Excited to try more baked treats from here!
Jammy Lamington from the Green Edge. Sometimes you just need a cakey lamington with some jam in it and this really hit the spot. Probably 2 serves worth, but I had the whole thing for lunch. So good.
