Very yummy #lunch dish 🤤 At the bottom you have grilled #sweetpotato, topped with a #tahini dressing, zhug, roasted #veggies, a #nuts and spices mix plus some #pomegranate and fresh #herbs! 🌿 The potatoes were soft and well seasoned, and all toppings worked so well together #yummy
