Yet another great dish! Jackfruit in a sage and onion batter, really juicy and tender jackfruit and a good crispy batter. Again for the festive season these were served with a cherry and cranberry sauce but would also work well with ketchup, mayo or a spicy salsa 😋 #veganisnotscary 60/90

Jack fruit fried in sage & onion flour with cranberry and cherry sauce. These were super. Crisp outside with firm juicy jack fruit inside. The dipping sauce added to the festiveness. Good size portion for a side dish. #veganisnotscary
