Jägerschnitzel

“Our housemade schnitzel, served with creamy mushroom sauce, spaëtzle and red cabbage.” Due to unfortunate circumstances the husband and I ordered almost the same thing. This is his. It was better than mine because of the mushroom gravy. It didn’t have a ton of flavor, but that’s why it’s authentic German food. Do note he swapped potatoes for the spaëtzle (pasta), I don’t know why.
