The impossible pho with no egg and brown noodles is amazing! It also made me realise that I'm bad at posting reviews because I get too excited about food sometimes to stop and take photos! This, for example, is a photo I had to search for in my archive from February! I guess I was hungrier yesterday! I would prefer the chunks of impossible meat to be a bit smaller, but aside from that 5⭐

Reasonable dish, not as good as other formats of impossible but great to have a plant based meat option on the pho menu

Forgive my ugly pic - this is one of my fave impossible dishes 😍 The pho is awesome, the meat is soft and juicy with all the broth, and has lots of herbs!
