Impossible Lasagna

This was a really tasty dish. It was part of a takeaway meal option since indoor dining is closed. My dining companion and I both agreed that it tasted more like stuffed manicotti than lasagna but it was still really yummy. It has layers of impossible meat, sauce, and cheese. #veganin2020
