Impossible Burger

Great burger. Always super filling with a huge selection of vegan toppings and sauces to choose from.

The Impossible Burger 2.0 is finally available at the counter! This burger was very cool and tasted very similar to beef. I wasn’t really craving a meat taste, but if that is something you are looking for, this is perfect. I also love how customizable The Counter makes everything!

At The Counter, you can customize your own burger. They just introduced the Impossible Burger, and although it’s $4 more than their beef burgers and their regular Vegan Burgers, I had to try it. I got it with hickory BBQ sauce, grilled onions, alfalfa sprouts, organic mixed greens, grilled cherry tomatoes, and grilled pineapple on the brioche bun (which I was told by the waitress was “ironically the only vegan bun,” I guess they don’t make it with butter. I wouldn’t say that the impossible burger tastes exactly like beef though that’s not what I wanted. It was juicy and really good. Definitely a great option!
