This Huevo Vegano 🌱 is basically a tofu scramble! It was amazing! Very flavorful with a bunch of mixed veggies cooked in with the tofu!! It actually comes with refried beans but I felt that would have been too heavy so the waitress kindly offered a side salad 🥗! It was perfect! Served with a few tortillas on the side.
My husband and I shared this one since we both got other dishes 😁!! This really hit the spot 😋
