This sandwich was huge! You can order this sandwich two ways, with #Tofu or #tindle chicken. I chose tofu this time, but will try the #vegan chicken next time! This sandwich comes with a thick slice of tofu covored in a thick, crispy batter. The batter does fall off of the tofu a bit, I'm guessing the chicken one probably doesn't as much. It also comes with their signature $$ housemade money mustard sauce and house made #vegan mayo with #locallysourced tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. It's then topped with a soft Dave's Killer Bread brioche bun! This sandwich had some really great flavors. The seasoned battered tofu was great and the sauce was just delicious. I ended up using some extra sauce on the side as this sandwich is sooo big! I love that they're incorporating better ingredients as well. I think this is an awesome upgrade to their relaunch. (Eden Burger used to be the hang out circa 2017-18. We'd hang out at the dive bar next door and you can order through a little window) This was a tad bit pricey at $14, but also taking into consideration the organic ingredients. I would recommend trying it!
