Hot and sour soup

Nice balance of sour and spicy flavours. Generous amount of ingredients in it. Makes a really great appetiser for more dishes to come

Tasty already by itself, and they gave us vinegar and pepper on the side to up the taste. Lots of tofu as well, great value for $8.

If you’re having Chinese, you have to have soup by law right? This was really good, not very spicy but enough of a kick to counter all the other rich food eight treasures had to offer. Lots of treats inside including mushrooms and tofu 😍
