Honey Sauce Veg Pork

Never ever have I tasted anything similar and so close to pork in texture and taste. It was very tasty but also strange to eat for the first few bites as I’ve not tasted pork in quite some years! Highly recommended restaurant and dish!

The ‘pork’ is alright. It’s the standard vegetarian pork belly you can buy from hawker centers. The special thing about this dish would be the honey sauce which is sweet and flavorful :)
