Home made vegan biscuit sandwich with sausage

My husband and I both ordered different versions of this sandwich at the little barn coffeehouse. I subbed the biscuit for a croissant, and he subbed the tofu for a just egg patty. Both of the sandwiches were delicious. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I also appreciated that the sandwich was filling because we had to be in the airport for the whole day. #veganbreakfast #veganbreakfastsandwich

This is seriously the best vegan breakfast sandwich I have had in a while. The cheese and the sauce pair so well. Definitely a must when going here.
