Hibiscus Taco

Absolutely devastating that I don’t live in Indy & can’t eat this all the time 😭 I was thinking about how much I’d miss this taco while I was eating it. Insanely delicious. Hibiscus flowers slow cooked in a spice blend. I’m definitely going to make my own at home but I don’t think they’ll compare. There’s genuinely no words to describe how good this was. Restaurant was super cute n vegan friendly
