Heritage & swine flatbread

Although the menu didn’t have a ton of vegan options, they were happy to accommodate my request :) I thought this dish sounded great - it included bacon, white bbq sauce, caramelized onions, tomatoes, manchego, and arugula. I obviously asked for no meat or cheese but they were happy to substitute that for me with mushrooms and peppers per my request and it was delish! (Their drinks were amazing too!)
