Hash brown stack

This dish is amazing! The top rosti is crispy, while the bottom one is soft. Potatoey goodness 🤤. I love the feta “cheese” they use, so flavorful! The mushrooms are well cooked too. Again, generous amount of herbs. The pickled beetroot is not my favorite (because i don’t like beetroot), but overall this dish is very delicious. And it’s beautiful too.
