Hand crafted cheese board

I’ve chosen this place to celebrate my forty’s birthday 🎉. It was amazingly perfect. I had a nonvegan friend with me and he was impressed. Everything was perfect. This cheese board was our starter. It’s so good. All perfect fermented cheeses (cashew cultured). So good. A must go in Miami.

This was a great starter. The cashew cheeses were so rich, though a small amount. The seasonal pickles lifts the dish. The sunflower seed crackers were the perfect amount of nutty. I personally don’t need the sweetness of the fruit compote but it does bring a balance to the dish.
