Same beef as the horfun and has a lot of refreshing tasting pickles!

It isn’t a common vegan option you can get around here in sg. So I’m thankful. Although price tag is on the higher side their portioning is not bad. Yummy yummy.. 👍🏻

@Nextmeats #nextmeats gyudon soy 'beef' slices and tender sweet onion simmered in kombu. Virtually indistinguishable from the real deal in terms of taste and texture! Nicely garnished with pickled red ginger arranged like a rose, which also offered a refreshing break to the gyudon. Choice of brown rice or white rice available~ P.S. I think it would be cute to have #onlyeg vegan poached egg or raw egg yolk added to this dish too! (Alliums can be removed upon request, $16.80) #sgvegan #japanese
