Gunkan-Soy Floss and Cucumber

This is nice as can taste the floss which is quite a refreshing change and the cucumber too. Quite nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This dish tasted unique. The amount of floss in the sushi was perfect, and it went well with the other elements in the sushi. However, the sushi rice did not taste great 🥲 this surely needs some refinement :) Overall a worth trying tho! #vegansushi #veganisnotscary #9090challenge #post2

Haven't had floss in a very long time as it's usually pork or chicken. But this was interesting, slightly sweet and has a nice texture.
