Obviously, if there’s something with truffle on the menu I have to order it (as long as it’s vegan of course 😬). In this sushi restaurant you’ll never risk ordering anything not vegan, since everything is plant-based here, which I love. These gunkan were very good and flavorful and you could really taste the truffle. The portion for 2 pieces costed 6€.
