This is a crispy Chinese chai cake served with sweet chilli soy sauce dip. I love these types of dishes and it tasted how I expected it would. My sister especially thought that the combo with the sauce was amazing.

This starter of crispy Chinese chive cakes and dipping sauce was a delight. Crispy on the outside, soft and moist inside with a great flavour. Presentation was wonderful.
