Grilled eggplants and mixed mushrooms in housemade teriyaki marinade, served with brown rice. Personally found the eggplant slightly bitter and the blanched bokchoy slightly bland for my tastebuds, but this would be good for those who prefer lighter and healthier flavours! ($12.90)

Personally I think Normal, doesn’t really “gel” the taste as a dish but more of putting different ingredients together.

This was a more umami and satisfying dish than the baked Maple Miso veggies on sesame rice. The eggplant was done thinly and well-seasoned and I liked that there was a leafy green - bok choy, and mushrooms for additional chewiness! Filling and this costs $12.90.
