Grilled BBQ Tofu Sandwich With Sweet Peppers and Beharnaise Sauce

Café Muscade is a women-owned, zero-waste, 100% vegan cafe in east-Montreal. Kind of the best in all respects. They offer some bulk store-type items in one corner of the café and they make fresh pastries and food daily, which is always delicious. This BBQ tofu sandwich was messy and scrumptious, with a generous wedge of marinated #tofu and vegan #bearnaise sauce.
