Japanese short grain rice bowl topped with crispy battered tempura freshly fried upon ordering, including
tender konjac snowflake squid, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, French beans, and carrot slices. The tempura was light and airy; not greasy. Served with satsuma-jiru miso soup which was brimming with root vegetables! Personally preferred the Hiyashi Udon Tempura Teishoku as I'm not really a rice person haha. P.S.
